The United Way of Thunder Bay Community Impact Plan has three core goals. Each goal has strategic priorities and outcomes to help us evaluate our performance.
The United Way of Thunder Bay will bring the community together to focus collective efforts on:
- Addressing the root causes of poverty;
- Alleviating the debilitating effects of poverty on people in Thunder Bay;
- Focusing attention on building an inclusive and connected community;
- Supporting children and youth to succeed in school.
