We all love where we live but social issues such as hunger, mental health challenges and addictions are hurting our community.
The United Way of Thunder Bay is focusing on one core issue; POVERTY. The issues of Poverty include: Unemployment, Hunger, Domestic Violence, Homelessness, Social Isolation, Mental Health Challenges and Education Inequality.
Too many people are being left behind because of circumstances beyond their control. In our busy lives, local issues can easily be ignored or go unnoticed.
You can’t solve a problem you don’t know exists.
The United Way of Thunder Bay is a local leader who understands our community issues and is working with Community Partners to make local issues #UNIGNORABLE.
To be successful, we need the entire community to help.
